I have worked as a Disability Employment Advisor for over 12 years and noticed the same thing over and over again. People who came into my office were suffering from past trauma. Whether that be from their family life, work life or other areas of life. They were stuck and I wanted to do more. This is why I became a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist.

I have also been blessed with a gift of being an intuitive medium and have been doing readings professionally and for friends for the last 20 years. As a medium having family members come through has allowed many to find closure. Seeing people transform from the readings, I have now added Hypnotherapy to my practice. My life purpose and drive is to help people live their best lives and let go of that which does not serve them. I personally have transformed through hypnotherapy and I have helped others do the same.
